Deep Fried Turkey Party

Our Deep Fried Turkey Party got started several years ago, we are thinking 9 or 10.  About 10 of us decided to we wanted to try our hand at frying turkeys.  We bought a pot, some hardware and a few turkeys and it all began.  Over the years it has turned in a way to bring many of our customers and friends together for a night of food and fun before Thanksgiving.  It is also our way of saying "Thank You" to everyone who has supported and put up with us over the years.  It seems each year the party gets a little bigger, just like a family, it keeps growing.  This year the party will be on Tuesday November 20.  As usual Tom will be cooking turkeys most of the day and into the evening.  If you would like a turkey fried, bring one out, under 13 lbs.  Tom is also cooking some stuffing, mashed potatoes and who knows what else.  Bring your favorite covered dish and we will have a big family Thanksgiving.  This year we have also added some live music.  19 years ago when Jenifer and Tom got married a young upstart played at their wedding, his name is John Arthur Martinez.  He is still playing and will be at the Turkey party playing between 7:00 and 9:30.  We are looking forward to seeing everyone and their families.

Thank you to everyone who attend our Annual Deep Fried Turkey Party, you all made it a great success.  We cooked 22 Turkeys and had at least 125 people attend.  John Arthur Martinez played some outstanding music and I think everyone had a blast.
